WHAT NOW? - We SELL IT!

We take photographs and catalogue the items you want to sell and put it up on an Online Auction. After approximately a week of bidding, and once the Auction is closed, we manage the Pick Up window and all items are removed at this time. All of the bidding and payments are done securely online.

We help you prepare your home for its next life. We will clean up, remove garbage, stage the home and more.

NKR Downsizing Solutions was started by Niki in 2018. Niki has extensive experience in business having worked with some of the best Vancouver companies over the last 40 years. During that time she’s been an office manager, branch manager and facility manager. She’s moved businesses across Vancouver and departments of 100 people or more over a weekend.

Our team include dedicated people who want to give back to our community and really enjoy what we do. We spend a lot of time laughing while on the job, while we get the job done in a careful and timely manner.
