HOW AUCTIONS WORK

You’re not just saying goodbye to your home when downsizing. You’re also saying goodbye to your possessions,  memories,  history, and stories.

 

NKR Downsizing takes great care of these items. After we sort through everything, there may be some possessions that can be sold through our Online Auction platform  - a safe, secure, and reliable way to find new homes for these possessions.

   

We lot, photograph, and catalogue everything saleable. After a week's bidding and once the Auction is closed, we manage the pick up and removal.
